Mat Classes
Classical matwork is the foundation of the Pilates system. In this class, you will perform mat exercises using your own body weight as resistance. Although no equipment is utilized, small props such as balls, bands, weighted bars, leg weights, hand weights, and the Magic Circle may be incorporated. With the use of modifications, this class is open to all levels.

Tower Classes
Add some spring to your favorite mat class! Tower classes are a fun way to enhance the traditional matwork. Tower classes incorporate work on the Tower along with the matwork. The added spring resistance helps to increase strength, tone, and balance while keeping you focused and engaged. Open to all levels.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are designed to address your individual specific needs. Working one-on-one with an experienced instructor, you’ll receive a customized session focusing on detailed, safe movement to help you reach your goals and attain maximum well-being.
Private sessions are ideal for those dealing with a current injury, recovering from surgery, going through pre or post natal therapy, or anyone needing extra attention and modifications.
By utilizing every piece of equipment in the studio, these sessions are designed to help you not only build strength but also foster a sense of confidence that will make you feel at ease in a group class setting.
Private Sessions with Ellen
Ellen, drawing upon more than thirty years of teaching, brings a profound wealth of knowledge to each session. As a certified strength and conditioning coach, Ellen’s deep understanding of movement and fitness enhances the one-on-one experience of working with her. Integrating meditation into her holistic approach to wellness, Ellen inspires her clients to strive for their ideal potential, creating an exceptional experience for each individual.
Duet Sessions
Duet sessions with one teacher are twice the fun! Duets are perfect for getting personalized attention while working out alongside a friend or family member. By incorporating all the studio equipment, matwork, and props, your workout will be challenging and motivating while you keep each other accountable. Open to all levels. Clients must bring their own partners. Studio does not match people for duets.
ROCK Group Meditation
Learn the essential meditation techniques, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that will help you reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve emotional health. Perfect for both beginners and those looking to deepen their practice, this class offers a transformative journey into achieving inner peace and balance.
The class is led by Ellen Nalaboff, a certified instructor from the Chopra Center. You will learn the art of meditation using your personalized primordial sound mantra. This unique mantra, based on your birth details, helps still the mind and bring you back to a state of primordial calm.
